Twelve months ago, The Bull turned in a 3.5 (14), following a PPM-low 1.8 (22) in Nov. '08.

  • Washington: CC's WMZQ eased 3.8-3.6 (9-10t), matching its ratings from a year ago (12t), and a tenth better than Nov. 2008. 'MZQ's cume was up 6.3% (14-13).
